Tomato Salsa

2 kg tomatoes
2 dl olive oil
1 whole garlic, peeled into cloves
A large handful of fresh basil
1 ½ -2 Tbsp. coarse salt
Granulated Glass

Cut the tomatoes over if they are large, Distribute them in the jar, so they are completely full.
Press the tomatoes well. Prop basil and garlic along the sides, sprinkle with salt, pour olive oil over and screw the lids almost entirely on. If you use the right patent glass with rubber tubes they must be closed.Put the filled glass in the oven at 110 degrees and let them stand untill they look like boiled tomatoes(around1,5 hour) . Take out the glasses and screw on the lid tight.. Put them back in the oven and let cool. Patent Glass is just standing in the oven until they have cooled.
