Ingredients for 6 Swedish servings
2 cups of Bullseye BBQ sauce
3 / 4 cup honey
1 cup flour (or corn flour)
1 / 2 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon black pepper
20 pc chicken wings (small) (also try with chicken legs)
1. Mix flour, breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper in a large bowl.
2.Brush the flour mixture over the chicken and let stand in refrigerator about one hour. Brush the rest of the mix on the chicken before cooking.
3.Heat up the BBQ sauce and honey in a pot. Reduce the heat to simmer it a bit easy on the sauce well have been warm.
4. Heat the oil in a pan / fryer.
5. Fry the chicken for about 10 elements at a time.
6. Put chicken parts in a bakgaller and let the oil drain
7. Add the chicken in a bowl and mix with BBQ sauce.
